By checking boxes, signing up, launching rooms, or interacting with a match, you establish a binding legal agreement with GreenLight and agree to strictly comply with these terms.
2. Eligibility & Account Security
To leverage our interactive hosting suites or access operational dashboards, the following structural parameters apply:
- •Age Limitations: Users under the age of 13 may interact as passive quiz participants only under direct monitoring by a verified parent, guardian, or educational authority.
- •Credential Maintenance: You are strictly accountable for protecting authentication pins, email combinations, passwords, and external token integrations (e.g., Google OAuth logs).
- •Inaccurate Registrations: Submitting fake profile data, masking real location frameworks using proxies, or misrepresenting institutional affiliations can trigger immediate profile freezes.
3. Platform Conduct & Live Hosting
GreenLight provides highly dynamic multiplayer matching infrastructure. When building live rooms across Work, School, Home, or Study settings, hosts and players must avoid the following prohibited activities:
Automated Exploits
Using programmatic response scripts, automated answering spiders, or headless lobby bots designed to alter matchmaking matrices or leaderboard calculations.
Inappropriate Naming
Using offensive, highly graphic, or defamatory language inside room access lobbies, public player tags, or customizable match settings.
Service Flooding
Executing cross-origin packet attacks, reverse-engineering local WebSocket pipes, or staging load tests without explicit operational permission.
Institutional Spoofing
Impersonating system facilitators, modifying local application CSS to present fake validation marks, or scraping secure questions.
4. User Content & Intellectual Property
When you compose questions, upload explanatory imagery, attach audio loops, or curate specific card arrays, you grant GreenLight a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to distribute, render, modify, and display that content to facilitate live gameplay. You represent that your uploaded materials do not violate third-party copyrights or trademarks. GreenLight reserves the right to immediately take down any content flagged under valid copyright infringement notices.
5. Subscription Packages & Payment Cycles
Premium workspace licenses, larger seat allocations, and advanced report analytics require processed financial transactions:
- ✔ Billing Nodes: Transactions are securely managed through integrated channels like Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew on corresponding monthly/annual targets unless explicitly deactivated via billing configurations.
- ✔ Refund Safeguards: Unless legally required, all subscription fees remain non-refundable. Paid features continue through the end of the active billing cycle after cancellation.
6. Platform Availability & Disclaimers
GreenLight provides its interactive quiz spaces on an “as is” and “as available” operational foundation. We make no guarantees that local network dropouts won't affect live matches, that question banks will remain perfectly synced under critical server strains, or that scoring logs will stay error-free during downstream maintenance window updates. We are not liable for any platform disruptions caused by third-party infrastructure failures.
7. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or completely delete accounts without prior warning for material breaches of these terms, non-payment of ongoing licensing dues, court orders, or engagement in actions that compromise the safety of live rooms or user data. You may terminate your own account relationship at any time by closing your profile under your account settings panel.
8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the operating jurisdiction, excluding its conflicts of law rules. Any operational disagreements, payment claims, or platform liability questions will be handled through binding individual arbitration frameworks rather than trial systems or class action lawsuits.
